The inclusion of Greece in the visa-waiver programwas requested by 41 members of Congress, in a letter to US Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton and Secretary of Homeland Security, Janet Napolitano asking that the issue be resolved as soon as possible.

Karatheodoris in Komotini

Events devoted to great Greek mathematician from antiquity, Konstantinos Karatheodoris began yesterday in Kommotini, northern Greece. Yesterday's and today's events, being held in the presence of Transport Minister, Evripides Stylianides are titled "Karatheodoris returns to his country, Thrace".
Today's events include the opening of the Karatheodoris Museum and a concert with the participation of popular Greek singer, Mihalis Hatzigiannis this evening.
