| Deputy Foreign Minister, Theodoros Kassimis departed for the Phanar in Constantinople yesterday where he represented the Greek government in the celebrations marking the Sunday of Orthodoxy. During his stay in Constantinople, Mr. Kassimis will meet with Ecumenical Patriarch, Bartholomew.

| Education Minister, Andreas Lykourentzos conducted a two-day visit to Dusseldorf where he visited the areas Greek schools and had contacts with education coordinators, teachers and students of the omogeneia. During his visit, Mr. Lykourentzos also met with the Consul of Düsseldorf, education coordinators of Northern Rhine-Westphalia and teachers.
