Civil servants stage 24-hour strike

South Stream deal to be signed tomorrow

| The South Stream deal between Greece and Russia will be signed in Sochi tomorrow, Development Minister Costis Hatzidaki said yesterday. The South Stream pipeline is being built to transport Russian gas under the Black Sea to Europe through Bulgaria, bypassing Ukraine.
