Speaking on a Greek Program in Frankfurt, the Metropolitan of Germany, Augustinos, described the late Archbishop Christodoulos as a charismatic personality with many visions. The full text of Augustinos’ statement reads as follows: “The late Archbishop of Athens and All Greece, Christodoulos, was a great, charistmatic – I would say – personality, with visions. Much of his work will remain forever and he gave us all a great example of how cwe can face, in a Christian way – that is, as an Orthodox Christian – sickness and death.
