Christodoulou reelected to Cypriot community of Sydney

Elections were held on Sunday for the new Board of Directors of the Cypriot Community of New South Wales with the participation of hundreds of members. There were no changes to the current board as current president, Michalis Christodoulou and his team were reelected. Speaking to ERA 5, Mr. Christodoulou noted that the main goals for the coming two years are the economic prosperity of the community and the assumption of measures for the instruction of the Greek language. Mr. Christodoulou is also the president of the Federation of Australia and New Zealand's Cypriot Communities and a Commissioner for the Community Relations Commission of New South Wales. Elovaris reelected pres. of Greek Orthodox Community in South Australia Elections were held for the new Board of Directors at the Greek Orthodox Community of South Australia which met yesterday to elect its officials. Vasilis Elovaris was reelected president while an official announcement concerning the remaining officials will be issued today.
