Bakoyannis-Clinton meeting today

Foreign Minister Dora Bakoyannis is scheduled to meet with her American counterpart, Hillary Clinton, today.
They will discuss Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) affairs, the situation in the Middle East and the Caucasus, the situation in the Balkans, Greek-Turkish relations, the Cyprus dispute and the European Union's relations with the United States.
Later, Bakoyannis will attend a working luncheon being hosted in her honour by the Undersecretary for Political Affairs, William Burns. Bakoyannis will also meet with Deputy Secretary James B. Steinberg. On Friday, she is due in New York to speak at the UN Security Council on the priorities of the Greek OSCE chairmanship.
In an interview with the Greek-American newspaper "Ethnikos Kyrix", Bakoyannis noted that Greek-American relations are excellent, and that no significant changes or surprises are expected following the election of US President Barack Obama.
