$35 thousand dollars from Victoria to SAE

The state government of Victoria is placing under her auspices the Pan-Hellenic Athletic and Cultural Games being organized by the Council for Hellenes Abroad (SAE) Oceania in Melbourne in November and in addition will donate the sum of $35,000 to assist the event.
 SAE Oceania and Far East coordinator, Giorgos Aggelopoulos noted that “one of the Games main goals is to bring together young adults of Greek descent via athletic and cultural events. In addition, he thanked all other sponsors of the Games including the General Secretariat of Hellenes Abroad, the TT Helelenic PostBank, the multicultural committee of Victoria (VMC), the Bank of Cyprus, the Greek Orthodox community of Melbourne and Victoria etc.
 The Games are expected to be participated by 600 young adults of Greek descent from each state of Australia and New Zealand, who will compete for three days in Melbourne November 27-29.
