The 21-day “Greek language and Culture Program” began last Sunday for young adults of the Greek Diaspora.
The program is organized by the General Secretariat of Hellenes Abroad
and concerns young adults between the ages 18-25 from Australia, New
Zealand, Argentina, Venezuela, Brazil, Costa Rica, Mexico, Uruguay,
Panama, Peru, Chile, South Africa and Zimbabwe. The Program which lasts
until January 27 aims at improving the scholarly level of the Greek
language for young adults of Greek descent and strengthening their
cultural identity. It also aims at further developing friendship ties
between young adults of Greek descent from various countries with a
