Girl’s Day opens its doors

Entrepreneurs responded to the calling by DHW for this years Girls Day opening their doors to students interested in technical occupations. Among them, Graphica Team’s Alexandros Mantas, who has been active in the area of publishing, printing and graphic designs for over 14 years in Dusseldorf. With patience and much love, Mantas explained all the secrets of the trade, from the inception to the final printed product to the four young female students from Meerbusch and Ratingen.

Parliamentarians from the Hellenes Abroad bipartisan committee, Antonis Karpouzas and Adonis Georgiadis are in Montreal in order to participate in the works of the Hellenic-Canadian Congresses conference. The topic of this year’s conference is the 25 years of its operation and its role in the next 25 years.

The president of the Intercultural and Migration Studies Laboratory (EDIAMME), Mihalis Damanakis arrives in Adelaide Sunday on the first stop of his tour in Australia for a series of lectures and seminars on the promotion of Greek language instruction.
