PM Papandreou’s Australian advisor suggests Greek solution

In an interview to ERA 5, Wilkins noted that the Australian prime minister proposed his appointment to Mr. Papandreou. In addition, with respect to the operation of the Greek government and the public sector, Wilkins specified that “a Greek solution must be given to a Greek problem” while also expressing his amazement over the fact that there will be no separate department of the Prime Minister as part of the executive leadership (Prime Minister’s Department).

It should be noted that the five world experts are being called upon by the Greek government to examine proposals and ideas for the broader government framework and will include the reformation of the of the services of the Prime Minister’s office and the government, the compilation of ethics codes for the ministerial council and a change of regulations for the ministerial council.
